Ceremony Information
Date: Monday, June 1, 2026
Ceremony Start Time: The ceremony will begin promptly 2 p.m.
Arrival Time: The doors open to graduates and guests at 1 p.m. Graduates should be seated by 1:20 p.m.
Location: EagleBank Arena – 4500 Patriot Circle, Fairfax, VA 22030
Tickets: Woodbridge HS will not issue graduation tickets this year. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. The doors will close if the arena reaches capacity. The school respectfully requests that graduates limit their number of in-person guests to 15 per graduate so that all graduates may be celebrated by friends and family.
Graduates who have family members planning to celebrate from afar can view the ceremony using the following livestream link, which will be active on the day of the ceremony. There is information below regarding KUDO Translation platform for those who will benefit from interpretation services while accessing the livestream link.

Graduation Practice
Date: Thursday, May 28, 2026
Time: Arrive by 7:45 a.m. to get seated; practice will start promptly at 8 a.m.
Location: Woodbridge HS – Auxiliary Gym
Attire: Students should wear their caps and gowns to graduation practice for the senior photo. Casual clothes and comfortable shoes are recommended for “Grill on the Hill” afterwards.
Grill on the Hill
“Grill on the Hill” is a Woodbridge HS tradition where seniors get a fun, last afternoon on campus with their fellow graduating class members. It will take place on May 28th immediately after graduation practice at the stadium complete with grilled items for lunch, games, and more. Students should dress comfortably in casual clothing for the festivities. Seniors are not required to stay for Grill on the Hill. Graduates are not permitted in the building after practice.

Students who will walk in the WSHS Graduation Ceremony should plan to purchase either a green or white cap and gown from Jostens. Any gender may select either color. On the day of the ceremony, students are encouraged to dress for a dignified ceremony and wear comfortable, neutral-colored shoes to go with their caps & gowns.
Cap & Gown Ordering Information
Caps and gowns ordered prior to April 26th were delivered to the school and can be picked up in the main office. Orders made after April 26th will be sent directly to students’ homes.

Graduation Cap Décor
Students who wish to decorate their graduation caps should seek approval from their line leaders by May 22. A full list of seat assignments and line leaders can be found in the Canvas Student Lounge.
Caps must follow the provided guidelines, and fully decorated caps must be worn to practice for final approval. Students are required to wear a cap to walk across the stage. Students who come to the ceremony with caps that do not meet guidelines will be offered a blank cap.
KUDO Translation Platform
PWCS is offering live interpretation services this year during graduation ceremonies. Available languages for Woodbridge HS include: Spanish, Arabic, Amharic, Dari/Farsi, Urdu, and Pashto
Services include audio and live-captioning through guests’ personal devices. Guests accessing the audio version on-site at EagleBank Arena MUST use earbuds/headphones.

EagleBank Arena Policies & Security Procedures

Security Screening:
New in 2026, EagleBank Arena will conduct enhanced security screening to ensure the safety of all guests. All staff, students, and guests of graduates and their belongings are subject to search prior to entry. Guests who decline to be searched or are in possession of prohibited items may be denied entry.
Clear Bag Policy
EagleBank Arena encourages guests to not bring a bag, in order to help enhance the contactless experience. If you require a bag for your personal belongings, EagleBank Arena has adopted a clear bag policy and must adhere to the following:
- Bags must be clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC with no obscured inside pockets
- Bags must not exceed 12”x 12”x 6”
- Bags may be 1-gallon plastic zip lock style bags
- Clutch Style Bags or Purses: Non-clear clutch style bag or purses must not exceed 5”x7”
- Small Medical and/or Parenting Bags may be permitted on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to increased security screening.
Prohibited Items
Per EagleBank policy, the following items are not permitted into the arena: balloons, noise makers, selfie sticks, tripods, or signs and flags larger than 18” x 18”. Guests who attempt to enter the arena with these items will not be permitted entry until they are returned to a vehicle or disposed of. Accessibility
Guests who require an ASL Interpreter should sit in Section 101 on the South side of the arena.
EagleBank Arena has available wheelchair seating in each corner of the concourse (Portal 4, 8, 13, and 17). This space is extremely limited and as such we ask that no more than one family member sit with them in the wheelchair area. It is available on a first come, first served basis. There is accessible parking for patrons with disabilities adjacent to the South Entry.

Senior Walkthroughs
Many of the “feeder” elementary schools attended by students in the Class of 2026 host “Senior Walkthroughs”. Seniors should check the Canvas Student Lounge for information on the dates, times, sign-up, and other procedures for those elementary schools’ walkthroughs.
