Requesting Extra Tickets 

In addition to the 10 tickets issued to each Senior, students can request up to 5 additional tickets for the graduation ceremony. Click here to request extra tickets. [Link opens in a new tab]

 

Graduation Cap Decorating Form:

Looking to decorate your cap for Graduation? Students can download a copy of the design approval form to print here. Hard copies can also be picked up in the main office. Unapproved designs or designs modified after approval are subject to being replaced at Graduation. [Link opens in a new tab]

  • Designs must  be submitted to Mrs. Longerbeam in the Main Office by May 16th.

Leesylvania Elementary School Senior Walk

Leesylvania ES will host their Graduate Walk for our 24-25 Graduates on Tuesday, June 10th at 3:15 p.m

Class of 2025 Graduation Ceremony Information

The graduation ceremony for the Woodbridge High Schoool Class of 2025 will take place on Friday, May 30 at 9:30 a.m. at EagleBank Arena (4500 Patriot Cir, Fairfax, VA 22030). 

 

Cap and Gown Ordering Information

Caps and gowns can be ordered directly from the Jostens website [Link opens in a new tab]

  • Representatives from Jostens will be at the school for the final time on May 8th. 
  • Students must order online by May 6th​
  • Caps and gowns not picked up on May 8th can be retrieved from the Main Office. ​

Don't Forget to Export your Files before you Graduate!

As we get closer to graduation, students should start exporting and backing up files on their OneDrive, Canva, and Adobe Express that they might want after you graduation. Students will also want to log into certain platforms, like CollegeBoard and add a personal email address to those accounts so they can be accessed at a later date. 

On June 3rd, PWCS will archive class of 2025 email addresses and all associated accounts. This means that anything not backed up will be deleted and inaccessible. Those files are inaccessible once archived.
