2025 Summer Program Registration Information •Public Summer School Website for families: PWCS Public Summer School Website•Summer School Registration Dates: Students attend summer school based on the grade level they just completed (example: fifth graders attend fifth grade for summer school)  Elementary and Middle School: April 7-May 23  High School: April 7-June 6 • Academic Programs: Registration for Academic Programs  Elementary Summer School Dates and Times: 3-week program: June 23-July 11, 2025; 9 a.m.-1:00 p.m. (no school July 4); Open House for families June 20, 1-3 p.m. ▪ New this summer: 30 minutes added for enrichment, games will be sent to sites  Middle Summer School Dates and Times: 3-week program: June 23-July 11, 2025; 8:00-12:00 p.m. (no school July 4); Open House for families June 20, 1-3 p.m. ▪ New this summer: 30 minutes added for enrichment and counseling lesson, games will be sentto sites  High School Summer School Dates and Times: 4-week program: June 26-July 23, 2025; 7:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. (no school July 4)  Locations are listed on the website  Summer school is free, breakfast and lunch served daily at no cost  Schools will notify students that should attend the summer school program: Identify students for summer school and communicate with families about Summer Programs  Academic program is a continuation of the grade level content, not for acceleration  High School is for credit recovery  Graduation is on July 25, 2025 at the Hylton Performing Arts Center  Transportation provided; bus stops will be different from the regular school year • Discovery Enrichment Programs: Courses are for acceleration and enrichment  Courses offered: July 14-25 at the Nokesville School  Registration: March 10-May 23  Discovery Enrichment Course offerings  Parents/guardians will register using Student Quick Pay: studentquickpay.com/pwcs  Tuition is required for these courses: If a student qualifies for Free and Reduced lunch, or attends a CEP school, families will be able to submit verification to attend the course for free, directions are listed on the website  Transportation provided, bus stops for summer school will be different from the regular school year bus stops, express bus stops are listed on the website and families will select the bus stop most convenient for them
