    • Kieran Weldon: VTA All-Star Cast Award  (Thespian Society/Drama Club)
    • Malik Kofi: Cellist in the All-Virginia Orchestra
    • Candace Todd: All-Virginia Choir 2019.
    • Cenaya Reed, Candace Todd, Caleb Green, and Makala Crawford: Senior Honor Choir in at Virginia Music Educators Association.
    • 20 students selected as delegates for All-District Choir in February 2019.

    • Renato Econa was selected as a winner in the Jacklyn Potter Young Poets Competition. He was invited to read alongside a professional poet at Rock Creek Nature Center in DC in June 2. 
    • Leah Ican and Candace Todd, the co-authors of the play, Vitamin and Tyler Econa, the author of the play The Factor. Both plays have been reviewed by a panel of professional theatre artists and selected as Senior Finalists for this year’s Kennedy Center VSA Contest. As recipients of the VSA Playwright Discovery Award, Tyler, Candace, and Leah were provided free travel and accommodations in Washington, DC, and their plays were read professionally at the Kennedy Center’s American College Theater Festival April 17-19.

  • Arts Programs
    • Woodbridge Music Program: Virginia Blue Ribbon Program 2019
    • Woodbridge Varsity/Concert Orchestra received a Superior Rating at District Orchestra Assessment
    • Woodbridge Sinfonietta Orchestra received a Superior Rating at District Orchestra Assessment
    • Symphonic Band, Concert Band, and Varsity Band earned "Superior" Ratings at 2019 District Band Assessment. 
    • Chorale, Woodbridge Singers, Treble Chamber Choir, and Combined Varsity Choirs all earned straight “Superior” ratings in 2019 Assessment. Men's Choir received "Excellent" overall ratings.
    • Woodbridge Chorale was invited to perform at Christopher Newport University for their Choral Invitational, one of six choirs invited from around the state.

      • Colgan Invitational-1st place Drumline, Guard, Drum Major, Music, General Effect, Visual and 1st place Band Class AA.
      • Rock Ridge Invitational- 1st place Drumline and General Effect, 2nd  place Guard and Music. @nd place Band Class AA
      • Spotsylvania Invitational- 1st place Drumline, Guard, Drum Major, Music, General Effect, Visual and 1st place Band Class A.

    • JROTC celebrates 25 years in PWCS as the very first JROTC program 
    • Woodbridge SCAs - VSCA Achievement Award 2018-2019 SY
    • 8 of 9 Robotics teams qualified for State VEX Championships
    • 1 Robotics team, 1575x qualified for Worlds for the 5th year in a row. This was WSHS 8th year in a row to be represented there.
